Why I hate college (pt 1)

1. Attendance- why is it mandatory I sit and listen to you bitch and moan and talk about your dog, family, relationships, when I can read the fucking book at home, come in to take the test, and do just as well if not better?
2. Books- why do these pathetic teachers make you buy their book. Honestly, if you did your job correctly, and enlightened me somehow, made me see life from a different angle, MAYBE I would buy your book on my own. But no, you are a piece of crap, your book is a piece of shit, and you make poor college students buy your garbage so you feel somewhat accomplished.
3. Tuition- i’m not a minority.. i’m not a genius.. i make okay money to survive. Now there are scholarships, financial aid, and other ways around paying tuition. However I have a better idea: you pay for your classes, every class you get an A in the school reimburses you for that course. This would make everyone happy, the schools would be happier because the students would strive for better grades. The kids would be happier because if they get A in everything, their tuition would be free (which would be the same thing if they went to school and then got a scholarship the next semester without all the paperwork & time bs that goes along with it).
4. Scholarships- Not to say scholarships are bad, I once received $500 per semester just for being Italian and writing a paper about it. But still… now I am 23, I work, I have a social life. I’m not an 18 year old herb looking online for scholarships all day (side note: i miss my cousin, he kept me nerdy, inspired me to learn and explore and be a good girl. damn you for moving to florida).
5. Ratemyprofessor.com- I hate when you use ratemyprofessor.com, find a sick ass teacher, register for that class. Then SHOW UP to find that that teacher got assigned to a different class and a bitch of a teacher walks in and fucks your whole shit up fklasdfjsdallk FUCK YOU SCHOOL!
